Job summary

Cementir Holding is seeking a Group Maintenance Engineer to join our Group Maintenance organization. Although this is a Group-level role with an international scope, your day-to-day work will be based at Aalborg Portland in Denmark, collaborating with the Nordic & Baltic organization to support maintenance excellence across production sites.

You will drive maintenance performance by providing technical expertise, developing best practices, and supporting local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably within the cement or process industry.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support sites by providing technical guidance and developing maintenance standards.
• Develop maintenance procedures, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Support major maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, and improvement projects.
• Deliver training and share technical knowledge with local maintenance teams.
• Analyze maintenance performance, reliability data, and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Promote Maintenance 4.0 initiatives and digital maintenance tools.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
