We work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support production and promote a safe and engaging work environment.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will drive initiatives to strengthen the performance, reliability, and efficiency of production and utility equipment. You will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies and leading structured improvements to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance plans.
  • Conduct FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) and risk assessments to prioritize improvement activities and define the chosen maintenance plan.
  • Assess and adjust spare parts strategies to support equipment reliability.
  • Develop and coordinate Life Cycle Asset Management in collaboration with our PMO department.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on reliability engineering methods within the site.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage.

Please submit your CV through our online recruitment system no later than 31 August 2026.
