Qualifications

• Academic degree in a related field; life science or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years in managing, leading and developing people.
• Biotech/pharma experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans.
• Own and manage the department budget with broad influence on the business segment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and multi-area projects from strategy through delivery.
