Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Finance Partnering, FP&A or Business Controlling.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Drive the global budget process and month-end reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with heads of site Finance and cross-functional functions.
• Analyse financial results and provide data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and business cases for leadership.
• Champion process improvements in financial systems and controls.
