• Strong English communication and collaboration with local production teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse downtime, rejects and performance trends to identify losses and issues.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems with operators and technicians; document findings and verify corrective actions.
• Apply structured problem solving to identify root causes, plan trials and improvements and confirm sustained results.
• Contribute to change controls, risk assessments and technical documentation.
• Provide input on equipment changes, supplier evaluations, testing and ramp-up; communicate progress and risks.
• Follow up on production and maintenance issues and escalate where needed.
