Optimised visitation, revenue and yield using commercial data across multiple markets.
Established governance for ticketing platforms and their operational execution.
Built pricing business cases and recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Shape a consistent global pricing and revenue management approach while allowing for local market needs.
Strengthen pricing governance and create clearer revenue insights for commercial decisions.
Improve ticketing execution and stabilise Accesso operations.
Develop pricing approaches across sales channels and partnerships.
