Job summary

FOSS in Denmark is seeking a Global Support Specialist to strengthen the Dairy Technical Product Management team. You will be the go-to expert for technical product knowledge and hardware support for FTIR and Flow Cytometry instruments, ensuring quality in hardware, software and service.

Based in Hillerød with remote and occasional onsite global support, you will join a high-performing team, travel about 20 days per year, develop service documentation, training, preventive maintenance protocols,

Qualifications

• Technical background in electronics, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, or similar.
• Experience solving complex technical problems and sharing knowledge.
• Excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Share valuable product insights with the FOSS Service organization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Develop and deliver engaging training for the solutions under your care.
• Develop preventive maintenance protocols, manage product service kits and spare parts, monitor product quality, and address issues.
• Provide remote and occasional onsite technical support and training globally; ~20 travel days per year.
