Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Global Support Specialist to become the go-to expert for FTIR and Flow Cytometry instruments. You will provide hardware and software knowledge, remote and occasional onsite support, and help drive service quality across our global organization.

You will collaborate with the Dairy Technical Product Management team, share insights from development projects, and develop maintenance protocols and training materials for the solutions under your care.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electronics, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, or similar.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation or technical support.
• Excellent English communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Wamiliarity with global service and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Share product insights gained from development projects with the service organization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Develop and deliver training for the solutions under your care.
• Provide remote and occasional onsite support globally; travel ~20 days/year.
