Job summary

Ambu seeks a Technical Workstream Lead for Order to Cash to own the end-to-end technical scope—architecture, integrations, data migration, and non-functional requirements. You will co-lead with the Business Workstream Lead, ensuring decision-ready design and operational readiness for global processes.

You will collaborate with GPOs/GPLs, PMO, QA/Validation, and external vendors to deliver compliant, high-performing ERP/QMS/PLM solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical workstreams on enterprise platforms in global settings.
• Proven leadership of architecture, integrations (API/iPaaS), data migration, and release management.
• Strong command of non-functionals: performance, reliability, security, privacy, SoD, and validation/CSV.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, environment strategy, branching, automation testing, and code quality.
• Adept at partnering with GPOs/GPLs to translate future-state processes into scalable designs.
• Clear, concise communicator in English, with travel willingness across Ambu footprint.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical owner for one workstream.
• Lead architecture, integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Define environments, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality gates.
• Plan data migration, tooling, trial loads, reconciliations, and cutover steps.
• Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance in collaboration with QA/Validation Lead.
• Coordinate internal platform teams and external vendors for your scope.
• Collaborate with GPOs/GPLs and PMO on stage gates and dependencies.
• Coach and review work performed by peers and educate stakeholders.
