Job summary

Ambu is seeking a Technical Workstream Lead for Procure to Pay to own the end‑to‑end technical delivery across ERP, QMS, and PLM platforms. You will co‑lead with the GPO and GPLs to ensure process‑system alignment, design readiness, and compliant, scalable solutions.

You will drive governance, design, environments, data migration, and release management, while coordinating with vendors and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality global processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical workstreams on enterprise platforms (ERP, QMS, PLM).
• Proven leadership of architecture, integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Strong command of non‑functionals: performance, reliability, security, privacy, SoD, and CSV.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, environment strategy, branching, automation testing, and code quality.
• Adept at partnering with GPOs/GPLs to translate future‑state processes into scalable designs.
• Vendor management and cross‑team coordination; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical ownership for the Procure to Pay workstream.
• Lead design for integrations, data models, security roles, and automation.
• Define environments, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality gates.
• Plan and manage data migrations, trial loads, and cutover steps.
• Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, SoD, and CSV compliance with QA/validation teams.
• Coordinate internal platform teams and external vendors for scope.
• Collaborate with GPOs/GPLs to align on scope and adoption.
