Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a Global Business Owner for Global Procurement based in Ballerup, Denmark. You will lead the transformation of Global Procurement across ERP, QMS and PLM, turning strategy into harmonized processes and measurable value.

You will report to the Global Operations Program Director and collaborate with IT, Quality, Finance, and site leadership to drive change at scale. This is a senior role requiring a proven track record in large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Global Procurement.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of global operations and end-to-end processes.
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Proven track of major transformation or enterprise system implementations.
• Ability to influence across functions and sites.
• ERP, QMS, or PLM experience; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation roadmap, target operating model and benefit case for Global Procurement.
• Represent Global Procurement in program governance and make timely decisions.
• Drive simplification, harmonization and adoption across sites.
• Ensure processes, data and systems meet quality and regulatory requirements.
