Job summary

Grundfos in Denmark is seeking a technically skilled leader to serve as the trusted technical partner for strategic HVAC OEM customers, driving solution development and growth across a global environment.

As part of the Global Technical Sales team, you will translate customer requirements into technically viable solutions and business opportunities, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Applications to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong English communication skills in a global environment.
• Commercial acumen and experience working with sales teams.
• Proven ability to drive results in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface for strategic HVAC OEM customers and translate needs into requirements.
• Own the technical responsibility for customer offerings and align expectations with Grundfos capabilities.
• Develop customer roadmaps and lead technical projects from business case to execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Applications.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competition while supporting commercial activities.
• Build strong relationships and travel globally (30+ days per year).
