MASCOT International is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to strengthen our recruitment journey across Europe. You’ll identify, engage and nurture top talent, building proactive pipelines for critical roles while partnering with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders.

You will leverage Boolean search, CRM/database management and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to source across functions. Fluency in Danish, English and German is required, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment in international settings.
• Fluency in Danish, English, and German.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates across functions and levels.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and Boolean search.
