  • Oversee global compensation, benefits, recognition, and mobility programs that balance competitiveness, scalability, and inclusivity.
  • Integrate skills-based pay, internal mobility, and evolving career architectures into the total rewards framework.
  • Evolve wellbeing and flexibility offerings through technology and personalized employee experiences.
  • Champion employee understanding and appreciation of Total Rewards by partnering with Communications and HR to create clear, engaging messaging that connects programs to our purpose, values, and EVP.
  • Regularly assess market trends, benchmark data, and emerging innovations to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement.
Technology, Automation & Data
  • Lead implementation of digital total rewards platforms and process automation across compensation, benefits, and equity administration.
  • Establish robust analytics capabilities for pay equity, retention risk, and predictive modeling.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data insights, benchmarking, and feedback loops.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for business leaders, enabling data-driven decisions around talent retention, productivity, and performance outcomes.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Strengthen global governance structures and ensure alignment with regulatory, financial, and ethical standards.
  • Create transparency and consistency through standardized processes, policies, and data.
