Job summary

ISS A/S is leading a major Talent Acquisition transformation to deploy an AI-enabled recruitment platform across multiple countries, modernising how frontline hiring is conducted.

The project requires experienced PMs to manage cross-country implementation, develop business cases, plans and budgets, and to lead stakeholders across country and group teams. A multi-year, staged rollout is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5-8 years PM experience in global organizations with people/technical system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experienced in scenario planning.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira or Asana for planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and tech trends.
• PM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop country and enterprise business cases; model costs/benefits and justify investments.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables; create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets.
• Allocate resources; coordinate with country/group managers to staff project activities.
• Identify risks; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Communicate status to stakeholders; regular meetings, reports and presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations; build a community of experts across countries.
• Monitor expenditures; work with finance to forecast and report costs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure plan adherence and testing/documentation.
