Job summary

Danish Refugee Council is seeking a Global Supply Chain Localisation Advisor to drive localisation workstreams and provide technical leadership across HQ and field operations. You will shape how NGOs work with local actors, co-lead maturity model development, and coordinate with UNICEF and other partners to strengthen end-to-end supply chains.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will translate insights into practical frameworks, collaborate across organisations, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in HQ and country offices in supply chain or related support functions.
Fluency in English is required.
Experience working with local partners and mature capacity assessments.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for localisation workstreams and guidance.
Co-lead the development and refinement of the Supply Chain Maturity Model and assessment methods.
Translate stakeholder inputs into practical frameworks, guidance and tools.
Represent DRC in sector-wide discussions and ensure alignment with localisation priorities.
Collaborate with UNICEF and other partners to shape technical direction and outputs.
Prepare expert group materials and engage with technical working groups.
