Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HQ and country office experience.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead technical content development and synthesis.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with localisation initiatives desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the localisation workstream and shape the sector's approach.
• Co-lead development, testing and refinement of the Supply Chain Maturity Model and guidance.
• Translate concepts and inputs into practical frameworks, guidance and tools.
• Act as DRC's lead technical representative within multi-stakeholder forums.
• Ensure alignment between localisation workstream and broader priorities and partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with UNICEF and other partners to shape technical direction and outputs.
• Prepare expert group materials and engagement outputs for review and decision points.
• Provide thought leadership to stakeholders and leverage lessons learned.
