Job summary

UNICEF is seeking a Programme Manager P4 to provide overall programme management and leadership for UNICEF's engagement in the Humanitarian Leadership Group on Supply Chains (HLGSC). You will lead planning, coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement with partners such as IFRC, DG ECHO and DG ECHO.

This role reports to the Partnerships Unit and supports senior technical experts. The successful candidate will coordinate multi-stakeholder groups, manage budgets, develop implementation

Qualifications

• Master or equivalent in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, International Development, Public Administration or related area.
• Strong programme and project management skills with a track record in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UNICEF's engagement in the Humanitarian Leadership Group on Supply Chains (HLGSC).
• Coordinate planning, governance and stakeholder engagement to deliver commitments across workstreams.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans, budgets and reporting; monitor progress and risks.
