Job summary

Qualifications

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree within accounting and Finance field.
• An Audit background of minimum 2-4 years will be considered as an advantage
• Structured and with an eye for details and passionate about delivering a high-quality service.
• Be open minded and be proactive and an excellent communicator.
• Thrive working in a dynamic multinational environment.
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to translate business objectives into financial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
• Act as a trusted finance partner towards stakeholders for the executive Management Team
• Provide clear analysis of variances, trends, and performance drivers.
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting with useful insights.
• Evaluate business cases, cost control and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects improving efficiency.
• Prepare the monthly management reporting and ensure a high quality of the financials reported
• You will be responsible for producing the yearly budget and conducting monthly follow-ups on actuals, while also acting as a gatekeeper on cost spend to ensure cost targets are met and financial discipline is maintained across the organization
• Drive the budget and forecast planning process with your stakeholders and internally in Corporate Accounting & Finance.
• Work closely with our stakeholders, supporting them with transparent financials relevant for their decision taking.
