Job summary

Körber is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own complex installation projects on customer sites. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met while maintaining strong customer relationships in an international environment.

The role requires extensive travel and long-term assignments at customer sites worldwide, with a focus on delivering advanced automation and logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• Extensive experience managing installation projects on customer sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all onsite activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams including Site Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, PLC Software Engineers, and WCS/WMS specialists.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements, and the Site Excellence framework.
• Drive planning, resource allocation, budgeting forecasting, and schedule management for all site activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact on site and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
