Job summary

Körber Supply Chain DK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own complex installation projects on customer sites and lead diverse teams in an international setting.

You will oversee installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance, balancing technical execution with customer relations, safety, and quality. This role demands travel to customer sites worldwide and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or another relevant technical discipline with substantial project installation experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to own project performance and team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all onsite activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams including Site Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, PLC Software Engineers, and WCS/WMS specialists.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements, and Site Excellence framework.
• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management for all site activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact on site and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
