Job summary

• Significant experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles, ideally from Service or Aftermarket.
• Experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Service business, driving sustainable and profitable growth across markets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening KK’s aftermarket and Service offering
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders
• Strengthen pricing discipline, commercial decision-making and account management across regions
• Build a strong sales pipeline and improve forecasting, commercial planning and performance follow-up
• Translate market developments, customer needs and competitive insights into concrete commercial opportunities
• Lead, develop and motivate an international sales organisation across Denmark, Spain, the USA and China
