Job summary

LEGO Koncernen is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to join the Global Security Operations Centre in Billund, Denmark. The role supports around-the-clock security monitoring, incident response and escalation across a global footprint, with day, night and weekend shifts in a continuous operations model.

You will combine real-time monitoring with analytics to identify trends, assess risks and deliver actionable intelligence that strengthens security across the LEGO Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations centre or similar environment.
• Coordinated emergency response activities during real-time security incidents.
• Delivered incident response and response management across multiple stakeholders in time-critical situations.
• Operated CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring or comparable security technologies as part of security operations.
• Produced incident reports, security assessments or operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Led coordination efforts involving customers, emergency services, operational teams or senior stakeholders during security events.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security incidents 24/7.
• Analyze threats and provide risk insights.
• Support escalation and incident management.
• Develop operational documentation and procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with security, resilience and operations teams.
• Improve procedures and capabilities as the security program evolves.
