Job summary

Systematic in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Specialist in GRIT Security to join a skilled team focused on security monitoring, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management. The role is based in Aarhus, with openness to candidates in Copenhagen.

You will work across core security disciplines, collaborating with our SOC and other teams, while enjoying autonomy and shared responsibility for keeping systems safe.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years IT security experience, including SOC/CSIRT/CERT.
• Hands-on security operations and incident response.
• Know-how in Microsoft Defender and Azure.
• Proficiency with Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyse security events escalated by our SOC.
• Contain and resolve security incidents end to end and document findings.
• Develop and tune security configurations, rules, use cases and playbooks.
• Proactive threat hunting and contribute to vulnerability management and compliance work.
• Advise and support other teams, and share security knowledge across the organisation.
