Job summary

Systematic in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to join GRIT Security, a hands-on team handling security monitoring, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management.

You will investigate security events escalated by the SOC, contain and resolve incidents end-to-end, and develop detection rules and response playbooks while collaborating with other teams. Fluent English required and willingness to work across Denmark and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT security experience.
• Hands-on security operations and incident response experience.
• Solid understanding of security configurations and monitoring.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Scripting in Python or PowerShell to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze security events escalated by the SOC.
• Contain and resolve security incidents end-to-end and document findings.
• Develop and tune security configurations, detection rules, use cases and playbooks.
• Proactively hunt threats and contribute to vulnerability management and compliance.
• Advise and support other teams, sharing security knowledge across the organisation.
