LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Security Specialist for its Global Security Operations Centre. You will monitor security in real-time, coordinate incidents, and provide escalation support across stakeholders. The role emphasizes analytical thinking to identify trends and strengthen security across the LEGO Group.

You will join a hybrid team with shifts in day, night and weekends, contributing to a proactive, intelligence-led security capability and continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations centre or similar environment.
• Coordinate emergency responses and escalations in real-time incidents.
• Produce incident reports and operational documentation accurately.
• Lead coordination with customers, emergency services and teams during events.
• Apply security consulting to support stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 security monitoring and incident handling in a global operations context.
• Analyse trends, assess risks and deliver actionable insights for resilience.
• Support complex incidents with escalation and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain documentation and strengthen procedures for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships across security, resilience and operations.
