Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is expanding its Security & Quality Strategic Accounts Team. As Security Manager, Cross Divisional Strategic Account Security you will act as the ambassador and support security and quality management toward our most important global customers across all three divisions—Air & Sea, Road and Contract Logistics.

You will drive fulfilment of customer needs and share insights across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure global adherence to customer specific security requirements, KPIs, SOPs and processes
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders on customer requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor security performance
• Act as the primary security contact for the customer
• Drive security optimization and propose security improvements
