Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an experienced specialist to drive data integrations for Road Global Customers. You will help migrate global customers, design scalable integration processes, and ensure data journeys align with DSV standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT to deliver on-time, high-quality results. Join a team shaping the data journey and supporting a global customer base through middleware migrations and testing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating global customers and onboarding at scale.
• Strong understanding of API, EDI, and integration formats.
• Ability to design scalable integration processes aligned with standards.
• Proven ability to engage with Sales, Development, and IT teams.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the migration team overseeing migration of L1 and L2 customers into DSV middleware.
• Collaborate with Road Global sales and Road regions focusing on Gold & Platinum customers.
• Act as first contact for Operations after go-live, troubleshoot, and advise.
• Ensure local contributors commit to plan and deliver on time and quality.
• Create and execute User Acceptance Test scenarios; sign off Business Requirement Documents.
• Align planning with Operations, Customer, and IT to ensure smooth delivery.
