Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an experienced professional to own and drive its enterprise-wide third party risk management programme at the HQ in Hedehusene. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into practical policies and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

You will shape due diligence standards, risk assessments and governance, balancing legal rigor with business needs while advancing the group Sustainability & Compliance agenda.

Qualifications

• Hold a master's degree in law or a similar qualification.
• Have several years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management or related areas, preferably in a large international organisation.
• Have experience with third party risk management, integrity due diligence, compliance programmes or related risk areas.
• Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
• Balancing legal requirements with practical business realities.
• Experience driving projects independently from concept through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the enterprise-wide third party risk management programme.
• Align and standardise due diligence processes and risk assessment methodologies.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures and controls.
• Drive cross-functional projects involving operational teams, legal, procurement and sustainability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders globally and advise on third party risk matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices.
• Provide analyses, recommendations and materials for senior management.
• Develop reporting and governance processes for visibility of third party risks.
