Job summary

DSV is seeking a skilled integration professional to drive data exchanges for Road Global Customers. You will support migrating global customers into DSV middleware, coordinating with Road Global sales and regional teams, and acting as a pivotal post-go-live contact for operations.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating global customers onboarding and data integrations.
• Strong understanding of API, EDI, and integration formats.
• Ability to design scalable integration processes aligned with DSV standards.
• Troubleshooting and post-go-live support experience.
• Ability to engage with Sales, Corporate Development, and ONE IT to onboard external partners.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the migration team overseeing migratings L1 and L2 customers into DSV middleware.
• Collaborate with Road Global sales and Road regions focusing on Gold & Platinum customers.
• Act as first point of contact for Operations after go-live; provide troubleshooting and advisory.
• Ensure local contributors commit to plan and deliver on time and quality.
• Ensure UAT scenarios are created and executed; sign off Business Requirement Document for initiation.
