Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management within large-scale ERP transformations or global implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams, cultures, and geographies, fostering collaboration and engagement.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear actionable plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking change metrics.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems and their impact on business operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead change leadership efforts to support a successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and external partners to understand impacts and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Design and deliver targeted communication plans that foster transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with the training team to build robust learning programs enabling adoption of new processes and tools.
• Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate readiness, and develop interventions to address risks and resistance.
• Define success metrics for change adoption and regularly report progress while collecting feedback to refine approaches.
• Build frameworks and tools to sustain changes long-term and embed SAP S/4HANA as a core enabler.
