Job summary

Pandora is seeking an experienced Endpoints & Network Operations Manager to lead hardware and network operations across EMEA and APAC. You will drive operational excellence, manage large-scale transformations, and establish a globally aligned operating model for retail technology infrastructure in a leading jewellery brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, network operations, or retail technology.
• Experience leading technology operations across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of endpoints, hardware lifecycle management and network operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence of store technology assets (POS hardware, payment devices, store network).
• Establish governance, service management practices and performance reporting.
• Drive hardware refresh strategies, lifecycle planning and asset governance.
• Transform store network operations into a globally governed model with strong vendor governance.
