Pandora A/S in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Endpoints & Network Operations Manager to lead hardware and network operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring stores are equipped with reliable, secure technology that supports exceptional customer experiences.

You will shape the retail technology operations by governing hardware lifecycle, network transformation, and vendor relationships, driving improvements and a globally aligned operating model across Pandora's retail tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, Network Operations, Retail Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading technology operations across multiple countries, regions, or business units.
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and outsourced service partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, business cases, and operational investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence of store technology assets, including POS hardware, payment devices, and store network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of retail technology services across EMEA and APAC.
• Develop and implement multi-year hardware refresh strategies and asset governance.
• Evolve the network strategy and transition to a globally governed telecom/ISP model.
• Manage relationships with external technology and telecom partners and drive KPIs.
