Job summary

BoConcept is seeking a Global Learning & Development Manager to lead the retail capability agenda from Copenhagen or Aarhus. This is a global role focused on designing experiences that change behaviour and drive measurable business results.

You will collaborate across Retail Operations, Commercial, Marketing and IT to translate business priorities into scalable learning programs, onboarding, leadership development and sales capability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Retail Operations or Leadership Development
• Proven ability to design leadership and sales development programmes
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across international or franchise environments
• Ability to translate strategy into practical actions and measurable results

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a scalable global learning ecosystem aligned with our retail strategy
• Create blended learning experiences across digital, virtual, and in-person channels
• Develop scalable tools, resources and content for global use
• Facilitate leadership programmes and capability workshops across markets
• Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives and measure adoption and impact
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Commercial, Marketing, HR, VM and IT
