Job summary

Pandora in Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks a Senior Manager, Communications Store Creative to lead the global store communications creative strategy and execution. You will shape visual identities, concepts, and storytelling for in-store environments worldwide.

Combining hands-on direction with leadership of a multidisciplinary team, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable retail communications that balance brand consistency with local relevance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business and brand strategies into customer-facing creative concepts.
• Strong portfolio with concept-led campaigns and visual identity systems.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concept development for global store communications.
• Define visual identity and art direction across campaigns and assets.
• Oversee production quality and ensure consistency of in-store materials.
• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals (5 direct reports).
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative Studio, and cross-functional partners.
