Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a Global Leadership Development Manager to design and deliver leadership programmes across markets, turning growth ambitions into practical learning experiences. You will own content, calendars, and global mentorship, collaborating with our Head of Leadership Development & Coaching.

This role is on-site in Denmark with occasional travel to other offices, and requires strong facilitation, systems thinking, and the ability to drive impact across cultures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programmes, ideally in an international, multi-market, and/or sales-heavy context.
• You're a confident facilitator who can create real behaviour change that impacts teams’ performance.
• You think in systems, technology, and structures, but relationships, trust and impact matter.
• Operationally strong with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, and comfortable across cultures.
• You take ownership and focus on high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage leadership development programme for different leadership groups across Flatpay markets.
• Help define and drive smart systems and tools for coaching, learning, and programmes (AI helpful).
• Co-facilitate cross-country sessions in English with Head of Leadership Development & Coaching.
• Own and evolve a self-learning track — mobile-first for leaders in the field.
• Run programme operations end-to-end: cohorts, scheduling, participant comms, rhythm.
• Design, co-create, and facilitate a global mentorship programme.
