Danfoss in Denmark is seeking a Project Order Management Manager to secure customer satisfaction for advanced gasketed heat exchangers (GPHE). You will lead a global team and collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to solve unique challenges, driving key improvements and strengthening our reputation for quality and innovation in Energy, Power and Marine.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or related technical degree.
• Experience leading a team with coaching and development focus.
• Strong PM skills with multiple complex projects.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience in order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Project Managers.
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from quotation to delivery.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Ensure quality through inspections and documentation.
• Improve processes and tools for team efficiency.
