Danfoss in Denmark is seeking a Project Order Management Manager to secure customer satisfaction for advanced gasketed heat exchangers (GPHE). You will lead a global team and collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to solve unique challenges, driving key improvements and strengthening our reputation for quality and innovation in Energy, Power and Marine.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Order Management Manager, you will be empowered to make a significant difference.

You Will Focus On

• Leading and developinga global team of Project Managers, fostering clear communication and a collaborative spirit to ensure project success
• Driving the entire project lifecycle, from quotation to delivery, ensuring projects are deliveredon time, on budget, and to specification
• Acting as a key partner in the bidding process, providing expert feedback on technical specifications and finding creative solutions for unique customer demands
• Championing quality by overseeing inspections and documentation, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards for our customers
• Improving our business bydeveloping and refiningthe processes and tools that help your team and the wider organization succeed

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about project management and people development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A background in Engineeringor a similar technical discipline, gained through a degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experienceleading a team, with a focus on coaching, communication, and personal development
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex projects for specializedindustrial equipment, ideally within a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills, with full proficiency inwritten and spoken English
• Experience in order management is considered a strong advantage
