Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Thermostatic Controls & Systems RD&E Digital at the Kolding on-site location. You will lead cross-functional initiatives turning ambitious ideas into secure, high-quality connected heating solutions for customers worldwide.

In this role you will translate priorities into clear plans, manage milestones, budgets and risks, and partner with external developers to ensure reliable, on-time delivery while advancing agile and hybrid

Qualifications

Several years of project management experience in complex, multi-disciplinary product development.
Experience leading projects that involve electronics, embedded software, apps, and/or cloud connected solutions.
Strong leadership with external development partners.
Proficient in predictive, hybrid, and agile methodologies with governance discipline.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of connected heating solutions across electronics, software, and production.
Translate customer and business needs into clear project plans with milestones, budgets, and risks.
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Strengthen governance and reporting to enable timely decisions by senior stakeholders.
Champion agile and hybrid methods to raise quality and accelerate innovation.
