Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Project Shipping Agent to lead the shipping of complex, oversized project cargo from planning to final delivery worldwide. You will coordinate with warehouses, forwarders and project teams to ensure compliant, on-time shipments.

The role demands more than five years in project and contract logistics, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project and contract logistics.
• Detail oriented with proactive mindset and drive.
• Experience with project transport including oversized cargo and letters of credit.
• Able to work in dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• English fluent; Danish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on global project shipments, including export and cross-trade.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouses, forwarders, carriers and project teams.
• Create and review shipping documentation in line with international regulations.
• Be the main contact for stakeholders regarding shipping status, risks and solutions.
• Handle tender processes with international transport providers per compliance.
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve deviations.
• Contribute to status meetings, shipment planning, and lessons learned.
