Everllence seeks a seasoned Project Shipping Agent to drive global project deliveries in the marine and energy sector. You will oversee end-to-end project cargo, coordinating with warehouses, forwarders and project teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments worldwide.

The role requires extensive experience in project transport, handling oversized cargo and tender negotiations, with English fluency being essential and Danish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on global project shipments, including export and cross-trade.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and project teams.
• Create, review and maintain shipping and export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping status, risks and solutions.
• Handle tender processes with international transport providers in accordance with compliance requirements, ensuring best solution for each project.
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve deviations, delays or disruptions.
• Contribute to project execution through meetings, planning sessions and lessons-learned activities.

In this role, you will be the final milestone that ensures our project cargo reaches customers safely, compliantly and on time - anywhere in the world.

Your role and impact

As Project Shipping Agent, you will work at the intersection of project logistics, international transport and stakeholder coordination. You will handle complex - often oversized - shipments and ensure smooth execution from planning to final delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing and following up on global project shipments, including export and cross trade
• Coordinating logistics flows with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and project teams
• Creating, reviewing and maintaining shipping and export documentation in compliance with international regulations
• Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping status, risks and solutions
• Handling tender processes with international transport providers in accordance with compliance requirements, ensuring the best solution for each project
• Monitoring timelines closely and proactively resolving deviations, delays or disruptions
• Contributing actively throughout project execution, participating in status meetings, shipment planning sessions and lessons‑learned activities

• Solid expertise in project transport, including oversized cargo, letters of credit and tender negotiations - ideally from a similar industry

• Strong planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage

Shipping Export & Projects is responsible for dispatching spare parts and project deliveries to customers worldwide. We operate in a fast-paced environment where timing is critical and service quality is essential.

The department consists of 23 dedicated colleagues located in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn, including a project shipping team of 3. Collaboration across locations is key, and the team culture combines professionalism with strong mutual support. Even on busy days, there is always room for knowledge sharing and a quick conversation across the desk.

The position can be based at either location.
