Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen is seeking a Project Shipping Agent to coordinate global project shipments, including export and cross trade, and serve as the main contact for shipping status, risks, and solutions. You will handle complex shipments and ensure timely, compliant delivery to customers worldwide.

The role demands 5+ years in project logistics, strong planning, and proficiency in negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience within project and contract logistics.
• Proactive and positive approach with drive and attention to detail.
• Solid expertise in project transport, including oversized cargo, letters of credit and tender negotiations.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong planning and decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Executing and following up on global project shipments, including export and cross trade.
• Coordinating logistics flows with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and project teams.
• Creating, reviewing and maintaining shipping and export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping status, risks and solutions.
• Handling tender processes with international transport providers in accordance with compliance requirements, ensuring the best solution for each project.
• Monitoring timelines closely and proactively resolving deviations, delays or disruptions.
• Contributing actively throughout project execution, participating in status meetings, shipment planning sessions and lessons‑learned activities.
