Job summary

Everllence seeks a seasoned Project Shipping Agent to drive global project deliveries in the marine and energy sector. You will oversee end-to-end project cargo, coordinating with warehouses, forwarders and project teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments worldwide.

The role requires extensive experience in project transport, handling oversized cargo and tender negotiations, with English fluency being essential and Danish an advantage.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience within project and contract logistics.
• Solid expertise in project transport, including oversized cargo, letters of credit and tender negotiations.
• Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on global project shipments, including export and cross-trade.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and project teams.
• Create, review and maintain shipping and export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping status, risks and solutions.
• Handle tender processes with international transport providers in accordance with compliance requirements, ensuring best solution for each project.
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve deviations, delays or disruptions.
• Contribute to project execution through meetings, planning sessions and lessons-learned activities.
