Job summary

Terma seeks an entry-level Project Controller to join an international team in Denmark. You will support projects across multiple locations, acting as a financial partner to Project Managers, and help ensure projects stay financially healthy through their lifecycle.

You will contribute to developing processes and best practices, work with budgets, forecasts, and ETC, and participate in continuous improvement of reporting and tools. English is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HD(R), Finance, or related field.
• Experience with project controlling and stakeholder management.
• Experience with standardization and automation of processes.
• Experience with project reporting.
• Structured, proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical competence.

Responsibilities

• Drive project controlling throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring orderbook, actuals and forecast are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare, maintain, and challenge project budgets, forecasts and ETC (Estimate to Complete).
• Monitor project financial performance by analyzing costs, revenue and profitability.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.
• Partner closely with Project Managers as the trusted financial advisor, providing insights and challenge assumptions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project controlling, reporting quality, and standardization/automation of processes and tools.
