Job summary

BlueHorizon in Horsens, Denmark is looking for a Project Manager to oversee every aspect of our projects and to work closely with clients, team members and stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will plan timelines, organize resources, identify risks, and communicate clearly with clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and uphold best practices and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Fluency in Danish is preferred but not required.
