The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks a Privacy Manager to translate complex privacy rules into practical guidance for colleagues across our international organisation.

You will provide privacy and data protection advice, support assessments and internal enquiries, monitor developments in data protection and digital regulation, and contribute to our small, global Privacy Office. Hybrid work model offers flexibility and opportunities to shape privacy standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Advised stakeholders on privacy assessments involving employee data, digital tools or new legal requirements.
• Provided practical GDPR guidance on data subject rights, transparency, accountability and lawful handling of personal data.
• Created clear privacy guidance, templates or standards in English for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex legal requirements into practical advice, templates and simple guidance.
• Monitor privacy and digital regulation developments and translate them into practice.
• Support privacy incidents, risk assessments and internal enquiries relevant to the role.
• Create or improve guidelines and standards within an agreed area.
• Strengthen processes that help the Privacy Office work efficiently and consistently.
