The LEGO Group is seeking a senior Data & AI leader to shape and deliver the data and AI agenda for finance and People, Places & Culture. In Copenhagen or Billund, you will lay the foundations for a future embedded data and AI team while navigating governance and privacy requirements.

You will translate business needs into prioritised roadmaps and compelling business cases, partnering with data, product and engineering teams to deliver early proofs of concept that create tangible value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn business problems into data/AI roadmaps with business cases.
• Experience in finance or human resources data domains and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to judge feasibility with data science and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Define a data and AI vision for finance and people functions.
• Turn opportunities into prioritised roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver early proofs of concept and pilots.
• Assess data availability, quality and trust, and plan improvements.
• Represent business needs to the enterprise data platform team and evolve it.
