Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S is seeking an E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist based in Tønder, Denmark to ensure products are activated, discoverable and technically enabled across our e-commerce ecosystem. You will bridge business needs, technology platforms and customer experience.

You will own product activation, search operations (Algolia) and data quality, collaborating with PIM, IT, Content and Merchandising to improve performance and customer experience across North & West Europe.

At ECCO, we are looking for an E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist who will help ensure that products are activated, discoverable and technically enabled across our e-commerce ecosystem. This role serves as a critical link between business needs, technology platforms and customer experience.

Based in Tønder, you will work at the intersection of systems, data, content and merchandising, helping create the digital foundations that support growth across North & West Europe.

Own the technology behind the customer experience

As E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of product activation, search operations and technical enablement activities across the e-commerce platform landscape.

You will collaborate with teams across PIM, IT, Content, Merchandising and Digital Experience to ensure data quality, searchability and operational performance. Your work will directly influence whether customers can quickly and easily find the products they are looking for.
