Job summary

Dalux seeks a Payroll Specialist to join our growth-driven Contech team at our HQ in Østerbro. You will work with three payroll professionals and external agencies to manage salaries, pensions, mileage, and other payroll inquiries across multiple subsidiaries.

We value several years of payroll experience, with international payroll exposure (Swedish, Norwegian or German) highly regarded. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and Danish language proficiency are required alongside fluent

• Several years of payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and accounting for wages for subsidiaries.
• Managing travel settlements and mileage.
• Reconciling payroll and balance accounts.
• Coordinating with international payroll agencies.
• Handling salary-related inquiries from employees (holidays, pensions, benefits).
• Performing ad hoc payroll-related tasks as needed.
