Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and employee lifecycle transformation across Europe. You will coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance, ensuring a seamless multi-country rollout from discovery through stabilization in a dynamic, international setting.

The role requires strong Workday payroll expertise, Nordic-region experience, and confident stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience in payroll, HR transformation, or shared services environments.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting organizations across Nordic countries.
• Proven leadership of payroll implementation projects in multinational settings.
• Strong experience with Workday payroll processes and integrations.
• Experience with divestments/carve-out projects is an advantage.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and milestones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Drive local country discovery activities to map current processes and design future-state solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and vendors for successful implementation and integration.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support solution design.
• Oversee testing activities, payroll validations, and go-live readiness.
• Support change management, training, and transition to operations.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and company policies.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
